BOA Steakhouse at 101 Santa Monica Boulevard, Santa Monica, California.

I went April 1, 2017 to the famous steakhouse it took 35 minutes for the waitress to even come back to be attentive to ask her name was Nicole the other servers were very rude no I contact no top five star service so I guess the corporation that is running the restaurant is very wealthy but they need to go back to food serving training and take some hospitality classes and take the group if servers and managers down south so they can see what full-service is really about start off in New Orleans that's a great learning tool on having hospitality the steak was very tough it was so tough I went home and threw it up I asked for it to be medium well it came to me medium very tough and a real server will ask you to cut inside your steak to see if it's to your liking it was poor customer service and I will like for the manager to give me feedback on why Nicole is so rude she has blonde hair if you need a description and she worked last night at around 7 to 8 PM she was on the floor
The floor manager the only thing he did correctly was dressed appropriate but he was not attentive I've been to restaurants on the 71st floor downtown Los Angeles and I have five shifts five servers being very attentive so once again you guys are going to get a bad review I'm gonna put the word out there

Such an amazing spot to eat & relax, food is to die for, if you like creole cooking this is the perfect spot to grab a bite, you wont regret it. Found this spot on google & so glad i decided to try it out definitely will be back soon
