The loudest, noisiest library in town. Remember when the library was a quiet place to read and study? Patrons, library staff, and of course children talk and shout very loud. People at the tables make a lot of noise. Great computer section if you are able to concentrate. Being a public library attracts all kinds of people, some with no manners or consideration, which is not the library's fault. Staff will not control the noise and loud behavior but will instead come give you a warning if you ask a patron something and they freak-out at you.

Apart from that, it is a big, beautiful, upscale library located within a newly developed park and community resource center.
